Club Night
The next Monthly Club Night will take place on Friday 1st September starting around 7.00pm. As usual there will be indoor darts and games etc., also with the opportunity for a final evening roll up (weather permitting), dress code is mufti. There will also be a fun quiz to test your memory of TV & Films of a few years ago. Please come along it is totally informal, it will be great to see some new faces propping up the bar.

Finals Day
The Club Finals Day is on Sunday 10th September, further details will follow. Please come along to support those members who have reached the finals.

The Friendly Match in the club  calendar on 6th September has been cancelled by the visiting team.

End of Season 'Fun' Matches
Wednesday 13th sees the Men's end of season 1st v 2nd match, always keenly contested, fllowed by a buffet. Thursday 14th is the end of season Ladies fun match, where dress code is mufti. 

Short Mat
The short mat season will start on Monday 2nd October. Registration sheets will be up in the clubhouse on Finals Day 10th September until Sunday 17th September. There will be 2 free “Taster” sessions for those who haven’t played before on Saturday 16th September at 10am, and on Sunday 17th September at 2pm. Further details to follow.

Roll-Ups & Practice Sessions
Following the completion of the Men Triples League, the Men's Monday Practice sessions are open to all Men.

The Final Club Roll-Up is on Friday 29th September.

Autumn Meetings
The Men's Autumn Meeting will not be taking place on 6th October. However, the Ladies meeting will be going ahead as normal on 6th October at 10am.

Association Finals
At the NFWBA Finals Day on 1st September at Highcliffe BC, Judy Spooner has reached the final of the Ladies Singles and with Rob Perkins they are in the Mixed Pairs Final. Supporters welcome.


A variety of club social events are held throughout the year. These occasions are a great way to enjoy the company and friendship of fellow club members. Full details of each event will be displayed in the Clubhouse and here, on the club’s website. With the great addition in 2021 of the Bowlers Retreat we are wanting to make good use of the facilities that we now have.
