Dear Member, 


In order to minimise the need to go to the club to collect documents, we are distributing the membership renewal paperwork for 2023/2024 to both Full Members and Associates as follows:


All the forms are being sent via email as follows: 

  • Membership Renewal to full members 

  • Associates Membership Renewal to associates 

  • 100 Club to full members 

Forms are also available on the club website ( for download if required. 


On opening a form, please enter the required details and save as normal, or print off and complete by hand. Please note: if completing the paperwork online you will find it easier on a laptop or computer, than on an iPad. 


Options for returning the Renewal Forms 

  • Complete forms online and return via email (email:

  • Print forms, complete by hand, scan and send via email

  • Print forms and leave in an envelope in the clubhouse 

  • Print and post or drop at my home  



Previously the club benefited from ‘free banking’, but now we have to pay for all transactions, including the paying-in of each cheque (cost of 40p per cheque). We are therefore asking members to pay their membership fees via bank transfer unless it is absolutely impossible.

Our account is Milford on Sea Bowls Club – HSBC Account no. 91462385 – Sort code 40-34-25. Please ensure your name is included in the transfer reference. 


If you really cannot pay by bank transfer, please send a cheque payable to Milford on Sea Bowls Club. 


All forms to be returned to Howard Farmer by 1st March. 


This process is the same as used last year which proved successful. We appreciate this may not be that easy for some members. If you are having any difficulties you can always ask a fellow member or one of the Management Committee.
